Return & Shipping Policy

The customer has the right to exchange and return the product and refund its price within 14 days from the date of purchase, Or the receipt must be provided with the buyer’s account data and the name itself upon purchase, and the transfer is made within 21 days by bank transfer after the product arrives at the jpckuwait.com website and check the integrity of the product.

The product must be in the same condition as it was before purchase and suitable for resale and put in its original packaging with all its contents.
Return or exchange is made in only one case if the product is purchase from the jpckuwait.com.

To ensure smooth delivery you must provide us a clear delivery address. The delivery address must contain building, villa or flat number, street name, town, city, postal code, and must contain valid telephone number
We are not able to make deliveries during weekends and official vacations, so all deliveries will arrive to your door on a week day which is from Sunday to Thursday.
